DRINK WATER – Water is the healthiest choice for your thirst: it has  no calories  and contains no sugars. According to water Aid  UK, Increasing your daily intake  of water helps keep your skin looking  vibrant and younger. If you don’t like the  taste of plain water, try  sparkling water or add a slice of lemon or lime.
